I place this class of Meat Goats 1, 2, 4, 3

Placing 1 at the top of the class as she stands on a correct set of feet and legs, is a strong boned female and her back is wide, straight and nearly level. While Entry 1 and 2 are very close, we are giving 1 the advantage over 2 as 1 is well muscled through her shoulders and is smoother throughout.

Placing 2 over 4 as entry 2 is deeper bodied, and shows better muscling throughout. Entry 2 is well sprung in her rib, all of these give her the size and correctness she needs to come above entry 4.

Placing 4 over 3, giving the advantage to 4 as she is deeper bodied, she also is smoother through her shoulder, neck and brisket.

Entry 3 rounds out our class today, I do appreciate her horn development, the roundness of the curve and that they are growing in the correct direction. She is a great testament to her breed, however just falls short in her depth of body and overall size compared to the rest of the entries in this class.

For these reasons I place this class of Meat Goat 1, 2, 4, 3.
